In this exciting hands-on course, you’ll explore creativity and technique in depth:

Group size: 6 maximum
(usually 2-3 person filming pairs)

Day 1

Basic introduction to filmmaking, including key roles and the film development process

Discover and develop a compelling short film idea

Transform your vision into a polished script

Design your film’s look and feel with a shot list, mood board, and storyboard

Get comfortable behind the camera with basic DSLR (Panasonic / Sony) operation with tripod, as well as essential sound and lighting skills

Master visual storytelling through camera angles, movement, lighting, and sound
Day 2

On-set shooting introduction, including how to prepare a set, run a film shoot, understand different roles, and call a shot professionally

Learn directing essentials with ** insider secrets and practical tips **

Work in pairs to shoot your film, bringing your story to life

Edit your final project using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro)

By the end of the course, you’ll walk away with your very own 2-minute short film — developed, shot, and edited entirely by you!
