These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Vision Film School, operated by Vision Films Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling in a course, using our website (visionfilmschool.com), or participating in any of our activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Course Enrolment and Payment
1.1. To enroll on a course, you must complete the registration form and provide accurate personal

       information.
1.2. All course fees must be paid in full before the course starts, unless otherwise agreed.
1.3. Payment is accepted via secure online platforms such as PayPal. We do not store your credit or debit 

       card information.
1.4. Course places are only confirmed once payment is received.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
2.1. Courses at Vision Film School are open to students aged 16 years and over.
2.2. Students under the age of 18 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to enrolment.
2.3. Vision Film School reserves the right to request proof of age or parental/guardian consent where

       necessary.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must notify us in writing via email.
3.2. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• More than 14 days before the course start date: full refund minus any administrative fees.

• Less than 14 days before the course start date: partial refund at our discretion.

• After the course has started: no refund.

3.3. We reserve the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you will receive a

       full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

4. Course Attendance
4.1. You are responsible for attending courses on time and participating appropriately.

4.2. We may ask you to leave if your behavior disrupts the learning environment, without refund.
4.3. Some courses may require prior experience or specific equipment; requirements will be stated in the

       course description.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All course materials, videos, tutorials, and resources provided by Vision Film School remain our

       intellectual property.
5.2. You may use materials for personal learning purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, or use them

        commercially without prior written consent.

6. Liability
6.1. Vision Film School will take reasonable care to provide high-quality training and a safe learning

       environment.
6.2. We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while attending

       courses, except where caused by our negligence.
6.3. You are responsible for your own equipment, travel, and accommodation arrangements.

7. Online Courses
7.1. For online courses, you are responsible for providing your own internet connection and devices.
7.2. Access to online course materials is provided for the duration of the course only.
7.3. Recordings, screenshots, or redistribution of online materials is prohibited.

8. Privacy
8.1. We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2. By enrolling in our courses, you consent to the use of your data for course administration,

       communications, and issuing certificates.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website. Continued

use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
