Refund Policy

At Vision Film School, we aim to provide high-quality courses and a positive learning experience. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. Cancellation by Student
1.1. If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must notify us in writing via ukvisionfilmschool@gmail.com
1.2. Refunds are offered according to the following schedule:

• More than 14 days before the course starts: Full refund, minus a £20 administration fee.

• 7–14 days before the course starts: 50% of the course fee refunded.

• Less than 7 days before the course starts or after the course has started: No refund. 

2. Cancellation by Vision Film School
2.1. In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances.
2.2. If a course is cancelled by Vision Film School, you may choose either: 

• A full refund, or 

• Transfer your enrolment to another course of equal value.

3. Online Courses
3.1. Online course fees are subject to the same refund schedule above.
3.2. Access to online materials is provided for the duration of the course only; no refunds are available for

       partial access after the course has started.

4. How to Request a Refund
4.1. Refund requests must be sent in writing to ukvisionfilmschool@gmail.com
4.2. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

5. Special Circumstances
5.1. Requests for refunds due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness or family emergency) will be

       considered on a case-by-case basis. Proof may be required.
