Enrollment Policy

Welcome to Vision Film School! This document explains how to enroll in our courses, your rights regarding refunds, and how we handle your personal information. By using our website (visionfilmschool.com) or enrolling in a course, you agree to these policies.

1. Course Enrollment

  • To enroll, complete the registration form and provide accurate personal information.

  • All course fees must be paid in full before the course starts.

  • Course places are only confirmed once payment is received.

  • Payment is made securely via third-party platforms (e.g., PayPal). We do not store your card details.

 

2. Refunds & Cancellations
    Student Cancellations:

  • More than 14 days before the course starts: Full refund minus a £20 admin fee.

  • 7–14 days before the course starts: 50% refund.

  • Less than 7 days before the course or after it starts: No refund.

   School Cancellations:

  • If Vision Film School cancels a course, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another course of equal value.

​

   Online Courses:

  • Same refund rules apply.

  • Access to course materials is only available during the course; partial access refunds are not available.

 

   Special Circumstances:

  • Refunds due to illness or emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Proof may be requested.

  • Send your request in writing to ukvisionfilmschool@gmail.com

  • Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.

3. Course Attendance & Conduct

  • Arrive on time and participate actively.

  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.

  • Some courses may have prerequisites or equipment requirements; check the course description.

 

4. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials (videos, tutorials, guides) remain the property of Vision Film School.

  • Materials are for personal learning only; copying, distribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

5. Privacy & Personal Data

  • We collect information (name, email, phone, course details) for course administration, communication, and issuing certificates.

  • We do not sell your data. Limited sharing with trusted service providers may occur to manage bookings or payments.

  • Your data is stored securely and retained for up to 12 months.

  • You have rights under UK data protection laws, including access, correction, deletion, and objection.

6. Security

  • We take data security seriously and use technical measures to prevent unauthorized access or loss.

  • Payments are handled through secure third-party providers.
