Adrian Kwan, award-winning feature film director, screenwriter, and producer, is the founder of Vision Film School. With over 25 years of international filmmaking experience, he has taught and mentored filmmakers worldwide, sharing insider knowledge, skills, and techniques that transform ideas into powerful, professional stories for the screen.
Adrian is a passionate advocate for mentorship and creative education, Adrian has served as a film tutor at universities and continues to mentor aspiring filmmakers worldwide.
Adrian also serves as the Chair of the Jury of the London Global Film Awards, where he connects with and supports emerging filmmakers from around the world.
Meet Adrian
I’m Adrian, a film director, writer, and producer with over 25 years of experience in the media industry. I’ve directed nine feature films and numerous award-winning television and film projects of various scales that have been recognized internationally.
With over 25 years in film, it has been an amazing journey. I’ve worked around the world on numerous international projects and gained so many unique experiences — from the UK and the US to Asia and Africa — and I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with renowned filmmakers such as Jackie Chan, Peter Greenaway, and Jean-Claude Van Damme. I feel both a responsibility and an honor to share my passion and experiences. I’ve taught film and new media at universities, led over a hundred seminars, and continue to teach and inspire others today.

With over 25 years of experience in the film industry, from directing nine theatrical feature films (including international productions with budgets exceeding 100 million) to creating independent short films and producing/directing documentaries, I’m excited to share my global filmmaking expertise with you through an intensive 6-hour, extendable Film Directing Masterclass.
